Tai Chi Workshop
Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for a healthy mind and body. Originated in China, it’s glory has spread all across the world. MindFresh Trainers have been certified by the Tai Chi Health Institute of Australia. Our foundation level course in Tai chi helps the participants to experience Tai Chi and its immense benefits.

Who can participate:
Anybody above the age of 14 years. Working and nonworking adults who want to improve their physical and mental health. Course Duration: 10 days, one hour each.
