  1.  I was never worried this much when I took my boards. I do not remember my parents taking me to empowerment classes like this either. Why do I need to do this for my kids?

Yes very true.. But in the last 20 years so many things have changed.  Increased competition, Technology, Overexposure, Cost of higher education, Advent of new career choices, Changes in the education industry, School Curriculum Changes, Over expectation from parents and teens, Peer Pressure… Which one can be pointed as the reason for the change. Or all of them have played their role?

We cannot be the constant in the ever changing world. When it comes to the performance of our teen, why should we take chances? Here is a program that is surely going to help them in more ways than one. What do we stand to lose? Only some money or energy and time in terms of appearing for the workshop. But what if the workshop is going to the the turning point in their life with respect to board exams? What if the workshop is going to equip them with positivity and courage to face the exams? What if it is going to ensure that they are going to perform to their best potential?

So, we would urge to give a chance to your teens to interact with Kirtanya, get to know the work that MindFresh does with teens. Enroll today since we have only limited seats!

  1. My teen never bothers that he is in 10th or 12th. It is only me who has to keep on reminding them about their exams. What miracle can you perform with my teen to realise and prepare for the boards?

You cannot blame only your teen for not interested in studies. There are hundreds of reasons why he is not focused on his performance – the teen mind that is focussed on fun and pleasure, difficulty to understand tough subjects, wrong or lack of motivation, self doubt on performance, lack of interest in studies, not using the right methodology to study, peer pressure, gadgets addiction, getting into wrong habits, wrong priorities etc. etc.,

Send them for the Focus Workshop which will help them to fit their board exams in the right place in their life, understand their mind and behavior, to empower them for peak performance for the days to come.

Right mentor, right methodology, right guidance, right peer group, right focus can do the magic in your teens, that you have not been able to do!

  1. My children are already attending school. They go to tuitions as well to bridge their gap. What is that they will learn that is not covered in the both the above places?

School and academic coaching centers mostly focus on the subjects, keep revisions to make sure that our children have worked on the syllabus. Some schools/teachers even ensure that the book is recited backwards without a glitch!

What we do is not to teach the subjects that they are working on. Our work is more a tuition to the mind. Many a times we find that our children could do much better if they had more confidence in themselves, better control over their time and grit to put in consistent effort for their goals. When parents do tell them all this,  it turns out to be more of advice. We give them practical techniques that they can use. Also to get on to track if they fall back.

Hence, consider this as an investment for the wellness of their mind. Empower them with strategies to crack their tough subjects and achieve their dream. Help them to be more organised with their work. Let them take the ownership of their exams!

  1. My teen’s Saturday and Sundays are packed with Entrance exam preparations and tuitions. Both of them are too strict about their attendance and may not allow them to miss classes. How do we manage to enroll our kids to this program?

Many a times we have seen that a small break from the routine gives the best results. Just two evenings with MindFresh is going to be a game changer in their life. They will continue what they left with much more energy and focus.  Catching up with two days portions would be very easy. Focus would program them to perform at their peak for the upcoming 4 months.

  1. There are so many colleges that conduct these kind of workshops. There are so many media houses that conduct these kind of workshops. They are free as well. How is your different from theirs?

The classes conducted by the colleges are really helpful, to both the college and the students, because the students get to see the college, the facilities offered and also get some pointers about the higher education choices that they might have. And they focus more on training the students on subjects – blueprints, question paper syllabus and exam tips. The same is the case with the programs conducted by media. These workshops give the kids an exposure to understand and face the exams.

MindFresh Focus workshop is different from them in the sense that we do not go in depth in subjects only to work on the much higher plane – the potential of their brain. We talk to them more about training the brain to focus and work on any subjects for that matter. Some could find Maths challenging, many others could find physics or chemistry draining their energy. We talk to them about tackling these subjects using the whole brain study techniques and memory skills that might help them to apply in appropriate places.

We also work on creating effective habits in place, that will help them achieve the results they aim for. And most importantly we work on the mindset that they carry about themselves, their academic performance, their goals and aims and what they would achieve if they were not afraid of failure!

  1. This 8 hours could have been an one day program, instead of having two days – double trips to the venue could be avoided?

Working with the mind and brain is not that easy or predictable. It does not look at comforts and conveniences once it understands the importance.

Many a times we have seen that an idea slept over is more effective than a mere input. The brain needs breaks to remember what it has learned. Moreover the students can have some doubts that they can clarify the next day. The workshop methodology is time tested and we can assure that the second trip will be worth it as well!
